Your confidentiality and anonymity are important to Concordia Students’ Nightline.

We keep the information you share with us confidential to the extent allowed by law.

In rare situations, however, we are legally obligated to break confidentiality. This includes: if a court orders us to do so; if we reasonably believe there is imminent danger of death or serious bodily injury to a person; or if we reasonably believe that the security or development of a child is in danger, with respect to physical or sexual abuse.

Concordia Students’ Nightline has never disclosed any caller information to an outside entity since it began operating, nor has it ever received an outside request to disclose information.

What information you share with us will always be your choice.
